~~This academic article is the one part of research on the framework synthesis of recreation management scenario in Srinakharinwirot University Sports Center during the next decade (2015-2024). There are the aims for explanation to the idea and the importance of scenario for Srinakharinwirot University Sports Center development in the part of recreation management was concluded as framework by currently study, trend events, and the effect from change as the result of internal and external factors. The result was data in question issue to interview expert by using the Ethnographic Futures Research (EFR). EFR was used as extend concept of the expert in vision to scenario caused the optimistic realistic scenario, the pessimistic realistic scenario, and the most probable scenario, which were usable research information and basic data for administrator or sports center confederate to plan, determine policy, and decide to develop in the future. In addition, for the optimistic realistic scenario occurs really and protects or eliminates pessimistic realistic scenario.

~~บทความนี้เป็นการนำเสนอส่วนหนึ่งของงานวิจัยเรื่องอนาคตภาพการจัดการนันทนาการของศูนย์กีฬา มหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒ ในทศวรรษหน้า (พ.ศ.2558-2567) มีเป้าหมายเพื่ออธิบายถึงแนวคิดและความสำคัญของการศึกษาภาพอนาคต เพื่อพัฒนาศูนย์กีฬา มหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒ ในส่วนของการจัดการนันทนาการ และสรุปเป็นกรอบแนวคิด โดยเริ่มจากการศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน เหตุการณ์แนวโน้ม ผลกระทบจากการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่เกิดจากปัจจัยต่างๆ ทั้งภายนอกและภายใน เพื่อนำผลที่ได้มาเป็นข้อมูลในการตั้งประเด็นคำถาม สัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ โดยใช้เทคนิคการวิจัยแบบชาติพันธุ์วรรณนา (The Ethnographic Futures Research: อีเอฟอาร์) เพื่อขยายมโนทัศน์ของผู้เชี่ยวชาญในการมองไปสู่ภาพอนาคต ทำให้ได้มาซึ่งภาพอนาคตสามภาพคือ 1) ภาพอนาคตในด้านดี ที่พึงประสงค์ให้เกิดขึ้น 2) ภาพอนาคตด้านร้าย ที่ไม่อยากให้เกิดขึ้น 3) ภาพอนาคตที่น่าจะเป็นไปได้มากที่สุด ซึ่งภาพอนาคตที่ได้จะเป็นสารสนเทศวิจัยที่มีประโยชน์ และเป็นข้อมูลพื้นฐานสำหรับผู้บริหารหรือผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับศูนย์กีฬาฯ ในการวางแผน การกำหนดนโยบาย และการตัดสินใจเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาไปสู่อนาคต เพื่อให้ภาพอนาคตด้านบวกหรือภาพที่พึ่งประสงค์เกิดขึ้นได้จริง และป้องกันหรือขจัดภาพด้านลบหรือภาพไม่พึงประสงค์ให้หมดไป
