~~The purpose of this research was to find needs in enhancing competencies in internship of bachelor of education program in physical education students. The subjects consisted of 100 of major teacher’s supervision, education teacher’s supervision and mentors who were chosen by stratified random sampling. The instrument was a questionnaire constructed by the researcher’s with .85 of reliability. The data were analyzed by mean, standard deviation, and Gap
The results were as follows:
1. The Overall actual competencies in internship of bachelor of education program in physical education students was at the high level with mean of 3.64
2. The Overall desirable competencies in internship of bachelor of education program in physical education students was at the highest level with mean of 4.51
3. When analyzed to gap between actual competencies and desirable competencies found that needs in enhancing competencies in internship of bachelor of education program in physical education students were overall at the most of gap. The aspects of education Quality Assurance, Education Research and Curriculum respectively.
~~การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นในการเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูของนิสิตหลักสูตรการศึกษาบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาพลศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วยอาจารย์นิเทศก์การศึกษา อาจารย์นิเทศก์วิชาเฉพาะและอาจารย์พี่เลี้ยง จำนวน 100 คน ที่ได้มาจากวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นอย่างมีสัดส่วน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .85 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์ช่องว่างระหว่างสมรรถนะ
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. สมรรถนะที่เป็นจริงในการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูของนิสิตหลักสูตรการศึกษาบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาพลศึกษาโดยรวม อยู่ในระดับดี
2. สมรรถนะที่ควรจะเป็นในการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูของนิสิตหลักสูตรการศึกษาบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาพลศึกษา โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับดีมาก
3. เมื่อวิเคราะห์ช่องว่างระหว่างสมรรถนะที่เป็นจริงและสมรรถนะที่ควรจะเป็น จะพบว่าสมรรถนะที่มีความต้องการจำเป็นในการเสริมสร้างสำหรับการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูของนิสิตหลักสูตรการศึกษาบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาพลศึกษา โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดคือ ด้านการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา ด้านการวิจัยทางการศึกษา และด้านหลักสูตร ตามลำดับ
