~~This research aimed for develop criteria standards of indoor volleyball referee with the minor purposes as 1) to study the necessary attributes of indoor volleyball referee 2) to establish and monitor quality of the criteria standard and indicators of the indoor volleyball referee standard 3) to synthesize the standard of indoor volleyball referee, and 4) to trail the criteria standards of indoor volleyball referee.  The methodology of this study used educational research and development method by divided 4 steps. The results showed that 1) For study the necessary attributes of indoor volleyball referee 6 aspects such as the personality from the indoor volleyball referee of Thailand had the opinion and was the most in over all of the necessary performance, the communication skill was the high level, the moral and ethical skill was the highest level, the performance skill had the high in all average and the professional ethnical was the most in overall average 2) For establish and monitor quality of the criteria standard and indicators of the indoor volleyball referee standard found that standard indicator of the indoor volleyball referee in Thailand composed with 5 standards 20 indicators 3) For synthesize the standard of indoor volleyball referee showed as there were decomposed consider and judgment criteria 4) For trail the criteria standards of indoor volleyball referee .found that standard 1, the personality was the most in all average of self estimate by 60 indoor volleyball referees. Standard 2, the communication skill was the high in all average of self estimate. Standard 3, the performance skill was the most in all indicator of self estimate and standard 4, the judge attitude was the most in all indicators of self estimate.

~~การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อพัฒนาเกณฑ์มาตรฐานของผู้ตัดสินวอลเลย์บอลในร่ม โดยมีจุดมุ่งหมายย่อย ดังนี้ 1) เพื่อศึกษาคุณลักษณะที่จำเป็นของผู้ตัดสินวอลเลย์บอลในร่ม 2) เพื่อสร้างและตรวจสอบคุณภาพของมาตรฐานและตัวชี้วัดของเกณฑ์มาตรฐานของผู้ตัดสินวอลเลย์บอลในร่ม 3) เพื่อสังเคราะห์เกณฑ์มาตรฐานของผู้ตัดสินวอลเลย์บอลในร่ม และ 4) เพื่อทดลองใช้เกณฑ์มาตรฐานของผู้ตัดสินวอลเลย์บอลในร่ม ดำเนินการวิจัยโดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยและพัฒนาทางการศึกษา (Educational Research and Development) แบ่งการดำเนินการออกเป็น 4 ขั้นตอน ผลการศึกษา พบว่า 1) ผลการศึกษาคุณลักษณะที่จำเป็นของผู้ตัดสินวอลเลย์บอลในร่ม 6 ด้าน  พบว่า ด้านบุคลิกภาพ  ผู้ตัดสินวอลเลย์บอลในร่มของประเทศไทย มีความคิดเห็นว่า คุณลักษณะที่จำเป็นของผู้ตัดสินวอลเลย์บอลในร่ม มีค่าเฉลี่ยในภาพรวมระดับมากที่สุด ด้านทักษะการสื่อสาร  มีค่าเฉลี่ยในภาพรวมระดับมาก  ด้านคุณธรรม จริยธรรม มีค่าเฉลี่ยในภาพรวมระดับมากที่สุด ด้านทักษะการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ มีค่าเฉลี่ยในภาพรวมระดับมากที่สุด ด้านเจตคติต่อการเป็นผู้ตัดสิน มีค่าเฉลี่ยในภาพรวมระดับมาก ด้านจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพ มีค่าเฉลี่ยในภาพรวมระดับมากที่สุด 2)  ผลการสร้างและตรวจสอบคุณภาพของมาตรฐานและตัวชี้วัดของเกณฑ์มาตรฐานของผู้ตัดสินวอลเลย์บอลในร่ม พบว่า เกณฑ์มาตรฐานของผู้ตัดสินวอลเลย์บอลในร่มของประเทศไทย ประกอบด้วย 5 มาตรฐาน 20 ตัวชี้วัด 3) ผลการสังเคราะห์เกณฑ์มาตรฐานของผู้ตัดสินวอลเลย์บอลในร่ม พบว่า เกณฑ์มาตรฐานของผู้ตัดสินวอลเลย์บอลในร่ม จำแนกเป็นเกณฑ์การพิจารณาและเกณฑ์การตัดสิน  4)  ผลการทดลองใช้เกณฑ์มาตรฐานของผู้ตัดสินวอลเลย์บอลในร่ม พบว่า ในมาตรฐานที่ 1 ด้านบุคลิกภาพ  ผู้ตัดสินวอลเลย์บอลในประเทศไทย  จำนวน 60 คน มีผลการประเมินตนเอง ทุกตัวบ่งชี้ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด มาตรฐานที่ 2 ด้านทักษะการสื่อสาร มีผลการประเมินตนเอง  ทุกตัวบ่งชี้ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก มาตรฐานที่ 3 ทักษะการปฏิบัติหน้าที่  มีผลการประเมินตนเอง  ทุกตัวบ่งชี้ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด  มาตรฐานที่ 4  เจตคติต่อการเป็นผู้ตัดสิน  มีผลการประเมินตนเอง ทุกตัวบ่งชี้ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และมาตรฐานที่ 5 คุณธรรมจริยธรรม และจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพ  มีผลการประเมินตนเอง ทุกตัวบ่งชี้ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก
